Revoalution & Internet Marketing Arts LLC, doing business as RDG Brands (collectively, “RDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit revolutiondesigngroup.com or any successor website that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”), communicate with us, subscribe to our marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies to our own website and related marketing activities. It does not govern personal information that we process on behalf of clients in our role as a service provider or processor. Our processing of client data is governed by our agreements with those clients.

1. Personal Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information that is publicly available, deidentified, or aggregated where excluded by applicable law.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact and identifying information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name, job title, mailing address, and any other identifiers you provide.
  • Inquiry and business information, such as the services you are interested in, project details, budget or timing information, communications with us, and information you submit through forms, email, telephone calls, or other channels.
  • Marketing and communications information, such as your subscription preferences, consent records, and engagement with our emails or other communications.
  • Internet, device, and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar information about how you use the Site.
  • Advertising and analytics information, such as cookie or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, campaign attribution data, and information used to measure or personalize advertising.
  • Professional or employment-related information, such as your employer, professional role, or information included in an employment inquiry or application, if applicable.
  • Other information you choose to provide, including information in free-text fields or attachments.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through general Site forms.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

  • You, when you complete a form, contact us, subscribe to communications, request information, or otherwise interact with us.
  • Your device or browser, through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, log files, and similar technologies.
  • Advertising, analytics, and technology providers, including providers that help us understand Site activity, measure campaigns, or deliver advertising.
  • Business contacts and referral sources, such as clients, prospective clients, professional partners, and publicly available business sources.
  • Social media and other third-party platforms, when you interact with our pages, advertisements, or content on those platforms.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide requested information, and communicate with you.
  • Evaluate prospective projects and develop proposals for services.
  • Provide services and manage client or business relationships.
  • Send newsletters and promotional communications, where permitted by law.
  • Personalize content and advertising and build or reach advertising audiences.
  • Measure Site traffic, user engagement, advertising performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity.
  • Comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
  • Carry out other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site use, measure marketing performance, and deliver or personalize advertising.

These technologies may include:

  • Essential technologies, which support security, network management, accessibility, and core Site functions.
  • Preference technologies, which remember choices and improve functionality.
  • Analytics technologies, including Google Analytics 4, which help us understand traffic and how visitors use the Site.
  • Advertising technologies, including Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which may help measure conversions, attribute visits or inquiries to campaigns, create advertising audiences, and show ads based on activity over time and across websites or services.
  • Tag-management technologies, including Google Tag Manager, which help us deploy and manage other tags. Tag managers may facilitate data collection by the tags they control.

Google and Meta may combine information collected through the Site with information they receive from other sites or services, subject to their own privacy policies and account settings. We may use first-party identifiers and cookies together with third-party identifiers and advertising cookies for measurement, attribution, audience creation, and remarketing.

You can manage nonessential technologies through the Cookie Settings link available on the Site. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect Site functionality. Additional controls are available through Google Ads Settings, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and Meta Accounts Center ad preferences.

Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for other “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to those signals.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors that provide hosting, security, analytics, customer relationship management, form processing, email delivery, communications, advertising support, professional services, and other business functions.
  • Analytics and advertising partners, including Google and Meta, for measurement, attribution, audience creation, and advertising.
  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants.
  • Government authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud or security incidents; or respond to lawful process.
  • Parties to a business transaction, such as an actual or prospective buyer, investor, lender, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may constitute “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. You may opt out as described in Sections 4 and 8.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business and marketing records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The retention period depends on the nature of the information, why it was collected, whether a business relationship develops, applicable contractual or legal requirements, and security considerations.

When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or aggregate it. Our vendors may retain information according to their own retention settings and policies. Consent and suppression records may be retained as necessary to document and honor your communication or privacy choices.

7. Email and Other Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at info@revolutiondesigngroup.com. We may still send nonpromotional communications, such as responses to your inquiries or messages concerning an existing business relationship.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Obtain certain personal information in a portable format.
  • Obtain information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for processing it, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
  • Request, where provided by law, a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Revoke consent for processing where consent is the basis for processing.
  • Appeal our decision on a privacy request.
  • Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

To opt out of advertising-related sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use the Cookie Settings link and disable advertising cookies, or use a supported GPC signal.

Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the records at issue. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before processing a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

These rights are not absolute, and we may decline or limit a request where permitted by law. If we are not legally required to honor a request, we may choose to do so at our discretion.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social networks, embedded content, or services. We do not control those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their privacy practices. Review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use.

Personal information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that applicable privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
